We're pleased to offer a convenient click and collection option for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our warehouse located in Keilor Park, Melbourne,

How to arrange for pickup:

1. To ensure same-day pickup, please place your order before 12:30pm
2. Shop as normal. When you reach the checkout, select “Pickup” as the delivery option
3. Please also enter a shipping address– we require this information, even for pickups
4. Allow 4 business hours from the time of placing your order to when it will be ready for collection. 
5. You will receive an email confirming pickup instructions. If for some reason you don’t – please contact support with your order number via email: [e-mail]
