How much does shipping cost?

Australian Customers

We do our best to keep shipping simple and affordable. Your shopping cart will automatically calculate your freight costs based on order size and location before you have committed to the purchase.

For orders over $300 WITHIN AUSTRALIA, we offer regular post free shipping. The express post fee still applies if you select Express Post as your shipping option.

New Zealand Customers

Please note, all stock is kept in our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We use International express Australia for shipping our orders.

For orders exceeding NZ $1000 in value, New Zealand customs regulations require the payment of import Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any applicable fees or duties upon arrival at the border. These charges are determined by the New Zealand Customs Service and are separate from our shipping fees.

Mucheln UK Customers

We ship within the United Kingdom free on orders over £50. Upon ordering, you will receive a tracking information so you can track the location of your purchase. Under £50 there is a flat rate fee of £3.2

We also offer an Express option on checkout, the cost of this is based off the weight of the items in your cart and you will be advised of the price on checkout.
