How long does shipping take?

Australian Customers

We use Australia Post and Startrack Express for shipping our orders. 

At checkout you will be presented with two options: regular post or express postage.

To see an estimate of the shipping time to your address using either option, enter your details into the Auspost postage calculator tool here. All you need is our “from” postcode, which is 3042 and the postcode of your delivery location.

We usually dispatch orders from our warehouse within 24hrs - 48hrs, however please allow more time if ordering after a weekend or during sale and holiday periods.

New Zealand Customers

Please note, all stock is kept in our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. We use International express Australia for shipping our orders.

Orders are generally shipped the same or next business day.

Standard delivery times:

Auckland 5-10 business days

Wellington 5-10 business days

Christchurch 5-10 business days

Hamilton 5-10 business days

Tauranga 5 -10 business days

These times can vary, especially in rural or remote areas. Please use the above as a guide only.

Mucheln UK Customers

We dispatch all orders either same day (if ordered before 11am) or the following day if ordered after 11am.

We pick the best possible delivery method between a selection of couriers depending on where in the United Kingdom you live to get it to you as fast as possible.

We send tracked 48 if you choose the regular shipping option. Royal Mail aim to deliver these in 2 to 3 working days, after they dispatch the warehouse.

If you choose express, they are sent tracked 24 and Royal Mail aim to deliver these next day, after they dispatch the warehouse.
