To ensure your return can be evaluated in a timely manner, please notify our team by emailing [e-mail] or phone [phone] before returning your item(s).

Mucheln UK Customers

If you decide to return your item, we will provide a refund of the original purchase price. As we offer free shipping then of course no shipping costs are required to be refunded. Please also note that a re-stocking fee may apply.

To organise a return, simply contact us using the form located on our shipping and returns page within 30 days of receiving your item and we will provide details on how to return the item and receive your refund.

It’s important for your item to be un-assembled and in original packaging to be eligible for return under the guarantee.
